Job Summary
State Head – Adjacent Offline Payments Business: lead field sales to drive growth across the assigned state/region, expand merchant acquisition and engagement for EDC/POS terminals, payment gateways, EMI activations, and merchant loans. Own end-to-end sales—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure—while developing a high-performing sales team, delivering monthly forecasts, and coordinating with Growth, NSM, and cross-functional groups to optimize merchant onboarding and activation. Requires deep product expertise across EDC/POS terminals and related value-added services, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on field leadership with substantial field time.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Field Distribution sales in EDC/POS, Fintech, FMCD, Insurance Sales
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Review of Sales Team on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Research and implement methods to increase customer engagement
- Manage assigned territory for Adjacent Offline Payments
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Graduation or post-graduation education
