Job Summary
Lead the Adjacent Offline Payments business in the assigned state/region by building and guiding field sales teams to acquire and engage merchants for EDC/POS deployments, payment gateways, EMI activations, and merchant loans; drive market expansion, merchant relationships, and achievement of sales targets while developing product expertise across the full suite of EDC/POS terminals and related services. Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, market intelligence, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with Growth and NSM teams. Role is 75% field and 25% office, based in Mumbai with leadership responsibilities across the region.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years leadership experience in Field Distribution sales in EDC/POS, Fintech, FMCD, Insurance Sales
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reviews
- Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
- Handling assigned territory for Adjacent Offline Payments
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Graduation or Post-graduation
