Job Summary
State Head – Adjacent Offline Payments Business leading a high-performing field-sales organization across the assigned state/region. Drive merchant acquisition and engagement for EDC/POS terminals, payment gateways, EMI activations, and merchant loans. Responsible for sales target achievement, market expansion, merchant relationship management, product expertise across EDC/POS terminals and payment solutions, and end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Requires 7+ years of leadership experience in related sales domains, ability to build and coach a team, and strong strategic execution to grow merchant volumes and revenue. Role emphasizes 75% field and 25% office engagement, cross-functional collaboration with Growth, NSM, and Sales Operations, and ongoing market intelligence and performance reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of leadership experience in Field Distribution sales in EDC/POS, Fintech, FMCD, Insurance Sales
- Ability to build and lead a high-performing sales team
- Set and track sales targets for the team
- Experience in managing merchant acquisition and engagement across locations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Will be handling assigned territory for Adjacent Offline Payments
- Graduation or Post-graduation as per Education field in posting
