Job Summary
Direct regional and statewide activities of Residential and Employment/Habilitation Day Services as well as state and federally funded ancillary services. Responsible for financial management, staffing, compliance with CARF and Medicaid Waiver requirements, coordination with Montana DDD, development and expansion of program services, participation in Incident Review Committee and provider/state meetings, quality assurance, and liaison with case managers, families, and health services teams. Requires ability to develop a cohesive team, knowledge of Montana’s reimbursement system, and strong communication across all levels of the organization. Background checks will be completed; Benchmark is an EOE/AAP employer.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities required, 2 of which are supervisory in nature OR 10 years' experience working with people with developmental disabilities and 8 years management in the ID field
- Driver’s license valid in Montana and auto insurance required
