State Data Quality Assurance Officer

Implement the data quality assurance system by working with district coordinators to build capacity for IHIP reporting and conducting fortnightly data cross-checks against training registers and field observations. Produce monthly data summaries identifying training needs and provide one-to-one mentoring to improve reporting quality. Execute quarterly state audits by visiting active community sentinels to verify physical data samples. Support baseline data collection through tool translation, field testing, and supervising data entry, while assisting in mid-term and end-line competency assessments. Maintain a gender-disaggregated data system to track equitable training reach. Requires a post-graduate degree in statistics or public health with two years of data quality experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Hindi. Travel to project districts is estimated at four to six trips.
