Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of all state-level CanKids National Outreach Program activities under the Change for Childhood Cancer framework. Serve as the nodal point for government liaison to secure approvals and facilitate collaboration with state departments and hospitals. Supervise project managers, social workers, and support staff while organizing training programs and performance reviews. Ensure timely delivery of signed MoUs, maintain accurate MIS dashboards using Salesforce, and submit narrative and financial reports. Facilitate local donor engagement, CSR partnerships, and grant opportunities to enhance resource mobilization. Monitor service delivery standards at CHSUs and HAH facilities to ensure quality patient support and treatment logistics.
Required Qualifications
- MBA/MHA or Master's degree in Public Health, Social Work, or related field
- 8–12 years in program management
- experience in the health or development sector
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and government relations
- Proficiency in project planning, budget management, and implementation
- Excellent communication and networking abilities
- Familiarity with MIS systems like Salesforce
- Fluency in English and Hindi
