Job Summary
Develop and implement high-quality curriculum processes aligned with national standards for ages 0-3 and 3-6. Lead content and training material creation in Hindi and English, managing ideation, video production, and quality assurance. Plan and anchor pilot-testing across various formats to integrate user feedback, while reviewing monthly and annual curriculum plans with junior experts. Optimize the Learning Management System for automated scheduling and content uploads, and conduct frequent field visits to observe trainings and provide mentor support. Build relationships with external stakeholders and maintain quality checks via geo-specific communication channels. Facilitate internal and external team training to enhance technical proficiency, support cross-team collaboration for geo-initiatives, and address ad hoc requests. Join monthly check-ins with Operations Teams to continuously customize educational content.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Care and Education/Education/Child Psychology and Development/Teacher Training/Social Work
- 8-10 years of work experience in education either as a curriculum developer, teacher or on teacher training programs
- Have a strong understanding of how children learn and develop in their early years
- Be comfortable presenting in front of the camera
- Willingness to travel a few days each month for field visits, training and educational shoots
- Willingness to participate and provide need-based support with additional requirements for growth of team and organization
- Be able to adapt to the demands of a young, fast-growing organization
- Be comfortable working with technology in a remote-work environment
- Be fluent in Hindi, English and have a working knowledge of Hindi
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in developing expertise in the development of digital and offline instructional tools
- Knowledge of other regional languages is a bonus
