Job Summary
Develop and implement high-quality curriculum processes aligned with national standards for parents and educators in public education systems targeting ages 0-3 and 3-6. Lead content and training material creation in Hindi and English, including ideation, video production, and coordination with media and teacher development teams. Support scripting, translation, dubbing, and quality management of all educational content while planning and anchoring pilot tests across various formats to integrate user feedback. Review monthly and annual curriculum plans, optimize the Learning Management System for automated scheduling and content uploads, and conduct field visits to observe trainings and provide mentor support. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, participate in regular check-ins with operations teams, and facilitate internal training to enhance technical proficiency across assigned geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or certification in Early Childhood Care and Education/Education/Child Psychology and Development/Teacher Training/Social Work
- 8-10 years of work experience in education either as a curriculum developer, teacher or on teacher training programs
- Have a strong understanding of how children learn and develop in their early years
- Be comfortable presenting in front of the camera
- Willingness to travel a few days each month for field visits, training and educational shoots
- Willingness to participate and provide need-based support with additional requirements for growth of team and organization
- Be able to adapt to the demands of a young, fast-growing organization
- Be comfortable working with technology in a remote-work environment
- Be fluent in Odiya, English and have a working knowledge of Hindi
Desired Qualifications
- Interest in developing expertise in the development of digital and offline instructional tools
- Knowledge of other regional languages is a bonus
