Job Summary
Oversee new camp openings from setup through grand opening, ensuring franchisees meet operational and financial readiness standards. Coach partners on financial literacy, including P&L analysis, expense tracking, and goal setting to drive profitability. Guide revenue optimization across daycare, boarding, grooming, and retail while maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaborate on local marketing strategies and execute financial plans aligned with corporate standards to support sustained growth. Ensure adherence to brand standards and exceed key performance indicators for revenue, retention, and financial health. This role combines operational support with strategic financial coaching to help franchisees realize their dreams.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in franchise operations, business consulting, financial coaching, or multi-unit management
- Ability to travel 50% throughout the year, including overnight and weekend travel
- 2+ years of experience driving financial performance and operational improvements preferably in a franchise setting
- 2+ years of experience with monitoring and analyzing key financial metrics, including revenue management, gross margins, and operational expenses
- 2+ years of experience with franchise system operations and ability to build rapport and trust with franchise owners
- Advanced financial acumen with the ability to interpret reports, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organization, and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, takes initiative, and is proactive in all aspects of communication follow-up and follow-through
- Time Management and project management skills are critical
- Technical experience with MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and all ancillary tools
