Job Summary
Lead and manage Anthropic's startup partnerships strategy, building and scaling accelerator programs and startup offerings; cultivate accelerator relationships, drive adoption of Claude-based AI, design and run go-to-market programs, events, and promotions, collect feedback for product roadmap, and track ROI across partnerships; collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to enable startups to access Anthropic's AI capabilities; require Bachelor’s degree and experience in partnerships, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing partnerships or business development relationships in the technology industry
- Working knowledge of the startup ecosystem, including how venture firms, accelerators, and founder communities operate
- Experience designing and executing complex, cross-functional go-to-market programs end to end
- Proficiency with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track pipeline and measure program performance
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and business audiences
