Job Summary
Administer data inputting, amendments, and report generation to improve profitability while maintaining the overall upkeep of the investment database. Improve operational management systems and best practices by purchasing materials, planning inventory, and overseeing warehouse efficiency. Contribute to the planning and marketing of fundraising activities, including researching opportunities and participating in specific events. Manage very senior and high-value relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring processes remain legally compliant and customer service quality increases. Assist the Head of Admin with administrative support and monitor campaign performance to maximize impact.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative/operations role
- Experience on start-up environment
- Aptitude for working with databases
- Good knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management
- Good knowledge of business and financial principles
- Experience with KPI's
- Experience with budgets
- Experience with forecasts
- CRM Database experience
- Marketing management experience
- Good writing skills
- Good presentation skills
- Strong track record of independent working ability
- Outstanding team player
