Job Summary
Startup Adoption Business Manager role focused on establishing NI as a trusted platform partner within the US MedTech startup ecosystem. Responsibilities include building embedded NI presence in priority accelerators, providing early technical guidance and ecosystem connections, coordinating access to NI engineering resources, defining startup-friendly hardware/software configurations, enabling startup onboarding and onboarding kits, driving the commercial conversion motion from evaluation to purchase, and coordinating cross-functional efforts with engineering, applications, and sales. The candidate will engage with accelerator leadership, mentors, and cohort companies, define scalable test architectures, support investor readiness, and help startups progress from early R&D to validation and OEM use, while operating in an externally facing capacity. Requires 5+ years of experience, the ability to operate independently, and 30% travel; visa sponsorship is not provided.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in engineering or other technical discipline
- 5 years of professional experience in technical business development
- Experience with NI Technology
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- 30% travel required
