Ensure the orderly flow of play in accordance with posted tee times and provide an informative welcoming speech to each group of golfers regarding local rules and anticipated pace of play. Be well spoken regarding the history of The Lido and stay in close communication with Golf Shop staff regarding any changes with tee times. Neatly record all necessary details as outlined on the daily play sheet and maintain an adequate supply of scorecards, pencils, and tees in the starter box. Be prepared for working outside, potentially in inclement weather, while conducting yourself in a professional manner and ensuring all Sand Valley and Lido policies and procedures are followed. Become proficient in recognizing and knowing The Lido Membership and provide excellent customer service, professional advice, and assistance to guests. Assist with other duties as assigned by the Lido Golf Professional.
