Job Summary
Manage and organize the first tee to ensure groups tee off on time while monitoring pace of play across the golf course. Patrol the course to assist players, address on-course issues, and enforce club policies in a respectful, professional manner. Communicate clearly with members and guests regarding course rules, policies, and expectations to provide a welcoming first impression. Coordinate with the golf shop staff regarding tee sheet updates and delays. Assist with opening and closing duties as needed. Prior golf course experience is required, along with strong knowledge of golf etiquette and the ability to remain calm and courteous in all situations.
