The Guest Services Team Member provides first contact for guests at Makefield Highlands Golf Club, serving as a Starter/Ranger, ensuring excellent customer service while enforcing course policies and monitoring pace of play. Responsibilities include greeting guests, selling memberships, maintaining office inventory, assisting during events, and operating scheduling software.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Possess a valid Driver's License
