Job Summary
The Starter Golf is responsible for managing the flow of play on the golf course, ensuring an orderly and efficient experience. This role involves enforcing club rules, assisting members and guests to maintain a smooth pace of play, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include assisting guests with appropriate games, addressing rule violations politely, maintaining equipment supplies, and collaborating with other golf operations staff. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, prior experience or knowledge of golf, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role or extensive knowledge of golf.
