Coordinate project execution for the Warmtenetwerk Westland infrastructure initiative by aligning with contractors, visiting sites to oversee implementation, and verifying work plans. Attend construction meetings and week starts, identify risks regarding quality, safety, and progress, and support design changes or technical challenges. Collaborate with senior directeurs to develop execution improvements while managing on-site responsibilities. You will work within the Projects department, supported by intensive mentoring and a personal development plan leading toward a self-standing Directievoerder role. The team maintains open communication with municipalities and partners to drive the Netherlands' largest heat network project toward climate goals.
