Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior; serve as an integral member of the clinical team with direct implementation of skill-building and care plans; record session data accurately; contribute to a positive learning environment while supporting clients with autism and related needs; opportunities for fellowship and internship hours, plus referral bonuses and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- RBT certification
- minimum 6 months commitment
- part-time availability
- experience in ABA or BCBA schooling programs (preferably)
- ability to provide one-on-one ABA services
- ability to record session data accurately
