Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices. Foster a positive learning environment for clients and continue professional development within the ABA field, with opportunities for fellowship and internship hours and pathways to BCBA schooling programs.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred or required
- Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience
- Ability to provide one-on-one ABA services
- Experience recording session data using electronic devices
- Ability to work as part of a clinical team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexible hours and part-time availability
- Fellowship/internship opportunities to accumulate hours in ABA
- No minimum case requirements per the posting
