Job Summary
Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior. Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans. Record session data accurately using electronic devices and contribute to a positive learning environment while supporting clients’ goals. Opportunity includes fellowship and internship options to accumulate supervised hours and potential pathways toward BCBA schooling programs.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility
- experience providing one-on-one ABA services
- ability to record session data using electronic devices
- commitment to long-term role (minimum 6 months)
