Job Summary
Provide non-medical personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting for seniors. Assist with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry, and dishes. Offer companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy to enhance their lives. Maintain a 1:1 caregiver-to-client ratio throughout shifts. This role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay with overtime, and benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401K. Senior Home Companions is based in the Indianapolis area and seeks individuals with at least one year of caregiving experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of caregiving experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have auto insurance
- Must have your own personal transportation
- A genuine love for spending time with seniors and making them smile
- Ability to assist with personal care
- Ability to assist with daily living activities
- Ability to provide companionship
