Job Summary
Ensure continuous machine operation in the Grodzisk Mazowiecki facility by troubleshooting technical failures and minimizing downtime. Participate in planning production machine repairs and maintenance, while leading team training on diagnostics and repair procedures. Collaborate closely with the production department and subcontractors to define material needs and spare parts requirements. Maintain technical work documentation and monitor UR performance metrics. Drive optimization initiatives through independent projects. Work within a four-shift rotation system (3333-2222-1111-3333-2222). Requires technical education in mechanics, mechatronics, or similar fields, plus experience as a machine mechanic and SEP up to 1 kV certification.
Required Qualifications
- Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym (czterobrygadowym) 3333 - - 2222 - 1111 - 3333 - - 2222 itp
- Wykształcenie techniczne (mechanik, mechatronik, ślusarz i podobne)
- Doświadczenie na stanowisku mechanik maszyn
- Znajomość zagadnień związanych z mechaniką
- Uprawnienia SEP min do 1 kV
- Umiejętność czytania dokumentacji technicznej oraz DTR
- Samodzielność i posiadanie inicjatywy w działaniu
- Umiejętność planowania i zarządzania priorytetami
