Starszy Kierownik Projektu (K/M)

Conduct active participation in the evaluation and acquisition of new land sites in collaboration with the Business Development department. Support the due diligence process and prepare business model assumptions while contributing to product concept development and investment execution strategies. Manage developer projects across all implementation stages, coordinating technical work with architects and industry designers. Oversee administrative decision-making and permits, manage procurement processes, and coordinate with the general contractor. Supervise project schedules, budgets, and risks while managing handovers and final investment transfer. Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Architecture, and Service teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
