Conduct professional customer service via phone, chat, audio, email, and messenger while managing mortgage loan negotiations for CHF clients. Execute outbound and inbound sales of mortgage products and related offerings using campaign strategies. Handle client inquiries regarding mortgage product offers and resolve issues through innovative service solutions. Represent the bank's positive image and collaborate with internal teams and external units. This role operates within Erste Bank Polska's Remote Mortgage Sales Credit Team ODZ 2, part of the bank's Contact Center exceeding 1,300 employees across four Polish cities. The position utilizes a hybrid work model with a monthly performance bonus tied to sales targets.
