Job Summary
Senior credit analyst for real estate financing. Responsibilities include analyzing real estate projects, structuring transactions with the business team, and preparing credit applications; assessing credit risk for clients in commercial and residential real estate; managing and monitoring a dedicated credit exposure portfolio; presenting positions at credit committees and other decision forums; and collaborating with other Bank units and the Erste Group. The role operates in a hybrid office setting in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Poznań, with a focus on risk management, industry knowledge development, and cross-functional coordination to support large real estate transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate project analysis
- Strong understanding of current economic issues and ability to assess impact on business
- Knowledge of key factors and trends affecting the real estate sector
- Analytical thinking, ability to draw conclusions and seek constructive solutions
- English language proficiency for daily spoken and written work
- Independent, communicative, good time management and sense of responsibility for assigned tasks
- Proficiency in MS Office
