Starshield Enterprise Account Lead (Government)

Starshield Enterprise Account Lead (Government) serves as the primary interface for government contracts (Department of War) from onboarding through long-term retention and revenue growth. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, building and managing relationships to identify requirements, collecting and championing customer feedback to influence programmatic/technical development, retaining and expanding account value, communicating readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks to forecasted revenue, and leading strategic decision-making within the government accounts vertical. The role requires autonomously designing and leading process improvements to accelerate growth, acting as the internal expert on government accounts, and ensuring successful management of significant or complex contracts. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent HS diploma with 6+ years of relevant experience), 3+ years in consulting or project management, 3+ years of customer-facing technical product/service experience, and active knowledge of government contracts and satellite/telecommunications domains; additional preferred experience includes 5+ years in large global organizations, experience with Starlink or telecom technologies, and strong negotiation, communication, and leadership capabilities. Additional requirements include an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance or willingness to obtain one, ability to work extended hours or travel as needed, and ITAR compliance.
