Job Summary
Starlink & Satellite Installation Technician — Santa Rosa, CA. Install Starlink satellite internet systems (dish mounting, cabling, router configuration), install DISH Network satellite television, and configure customer equipment including routers and smart home devices. Run cabling, drill wall penetrations, mount dishes on roofs or exterior structures, and install/advise on upgrades to boost customer value. Complete required photo documentation and equipment reconciliation, provide a professional customer experience, and drive to customer locations (30–120+ minutes from base). Training provided; full-time position with potential for sales incentives and career growth; ESOP company with comprehensive benefits and company vehicle, tools, and phone reimbursement. Requires willingness to work weekends/holidays and pass background/drug screenings.
Required Qualifications
- Experience is a plus in field installation related to satellite, cable, telecom, HVAC, electrical, or similar trade (training provided)
- Ability to use power tools (drills, impacts, hand tools)
- Comfort with extension ladders up to 40 ft
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must have a personal smartphone for field use (monthly reimbursement)
- Willingness to start around 7:00 AM and work full-time including weekends/holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Excellent customer service and professional demeanor
