Job Summary
Engage customers and demonstrate the latest Starlink services to help them enhance their internet needs. Build trust by understanding customer requirements and confidently recommend the perfect residential or mobile internet product as a subject matter expert. Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism while fostering positive relationships with shoppers and store staff. Meet or exceed sales targets and track customer interactions electronically, submitting daily reports via mobile device. Work primarily on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to support high-traffic retail environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Availability to work weekends
- Own a smartphone with the current Apple iOS software or current Android software
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing
