Job Summary
Showcase the latest Starlink services and help customers enhance their internet needs by acting as a subject matter expert on residential and mobile products. Build trust by understanding customer requirements and confidently recommending the perfect Starlink service to meet unique needs. Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies with professionalism, fostering positive relationships with shoppers and store staff while collaborating with retail associates to share knowledge. Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically, then submit daily reports using your mobile device. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success during Friday through Sunday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to engage, demonstrate, and engage customers in the sales process
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Availability to work weekends
- Own a smartphone with the current Apple iOS software or current Android software
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing
