Starlink Market Access & Development Manager

Job Summary
Lead market access initiatives for Starlink in assigned regions by conducting in-depth market research, coordinating with engineering, operations, logistics, legal, tax, and sales teams to align market development with capabilities and compliance, and building a pipeline of commercial opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team. Drive stakeholder engagement across public/private sectors, shape offerings to customer needs, ensure regulatory compliance, identify strategic connectivity opportunities (schools, hospitals, etc.), and work with the Strategic Connectivity team to ensure timely delivery. Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory risks, develop mitigation and contingency plans for business continuity, and report on KPIs such as new markets entered, regulatory approvals secured, partnerships closed, and revenue contributions. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in market access/business development/regulatory affairs in telecom/satellite/tech, willingness to travel up to 50%, and onsite work in Bastrop, TX or Redmond, WA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs within the telecommunications, satellite, or technology sectors

- U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
