Job Summary
Starlink Enterprise Account Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise customers from contract signature through activation and ongoing retention/growth, including onboarding, cross-functional coordination, and driving hardware and service revenue. Must support and learn from customers with industry-specific needs (e.g., primary/secondary connectivity across sectors like maritime, rail, trucking, oil and gas), define scalable processes, deliver exceptional service, build stakeholder relationships, champion customer feedback to influence product and process development, and act as an owner to meet revenue forecasts. Additional responsibilities include reading contract documents to discern requirements, travel up to 15%, and relocation if not local to Hawthorne, CA. Education and experience requirements include a bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of related experience, plus 3+ years in consulting/project management and 3+ years in a customer-facing role. Preferred experience covers industry knowledge, project management, problem solving, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 10+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience
- 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
- 3+ year experience in a customer-facing role
