Job Summary

Starlink Customer Success Account Manager (SMB/Fixed-Site) serves as the primary point of contact for an enterprise customer portfolio from contract signature through onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of relationship and revenue. Responsibilities include supporting customers with Starlink products, defining and standardizing scalable processes, delivering exceptional service, building relationships to identify requirements, collecting and championing customer feedback to influence development, retaining and growing hardware and service revenue, acting as an owner to forecast revenue, and leading cross-functional improvements. Additional requirements include extended hours/weekend availability and up to 15% travel. This is not a remote role and relocation is required if not local to Hawthorne, CA. Compensation ranges from $115,000 to $150,000 per year, with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; OR high school diploma/equivalency certificate and 10+ years of professional business development, operations, engineering, or account management experience
  • 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
  • 3+ year experience in a customer-facing role
