Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with travelers, operating the point-of-sale system to process payments, and preparing quality food items. Thoroughly clean and stock workstations, sanitize equipment, and ensure proper food handling procedures including temperature checks and product rotation. Perform kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and packaging while actively cross-selling products. Maintain knowledge of available services and adhere to all brand standards and safety policies. Requires ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds frequently. Available for flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
