Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean and stock, process accurate payment transactions, and prepare and serve quality food to travelers. Operate the point-of-sale system, follow food safety and cash handling policies, and maintain product knowledge while actively cross-selling. Complete kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and packaging, plus stock, clean, and sanitize workstations. Work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, maintaining regular attendance and punctuality. Available to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 pounds as required.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
