Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean and stock, process accurate payment transactions, and prepare and serve quality food to travelers. Operate the point-of-sale system, follow food handling procedures, and complete kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, and packaging. Stock, clean, and sanitize workstations while actively cross-selling products and maintaining brand standards. Maintain knowledge of available items and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
