Job Summary
Lead and supervise a Starbucks team during assigned shifts at the Hampton Inn and Suites Downtown Kansas City Crossroads location. Responsible for ensuring efficient store operations, delivering excellent customer service, coaching baristas to Starbucks standards, managing inventory and cash transactions, maintaining a clean store, and supporting promotional initiatives. Strong leadership, detail orientation, and ability to work independently within a hospitality/food-service environment are key.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Starbucks, food service role in a restaurant, hotel or similar environment preferred
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently while maintaining timelines
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
