Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Lead a team as Starbucks Shift Supervisor to supervise, delegate tasks, motivate colleagues, and ensure timely completion of duties. Assist with training and development, stock control, ordering, banking, and administration; participate in food preparation and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies; maintain a vibrant, presentable store and deliver excellent customer service including up-selling. Prepare coffee, beverages, and related products in line with standards; ensure staff adhere to uniform regulations and provide cover during busy periods. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to support the Store Manager and drive store performance.
