Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Lead Starbucks shift as supervisor, supervise, delegate tasks, and motivate colleagues to ensure timely completion of duties, assist with training and development, promote excellent customer service, and upsell products. Manage stock control, ordering, banking, and administration while maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage. Participate in food preparation, ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies, maintain a clean, presentable store, and provide cover during busy periods. Prepare coffee, food and other beverages per recipe standards; lead by example with uniform compliance and team engagement.
