Starbucks Shift Supervisor

Lead shift operations at a Starbucks store in Dumfries, supervising and motivating colleagues to ensure timely completion of duties, assisting with training and development, stock control and banking, food preparation and beverage service, and maintaining Food Safety and Health & Safety standards. In the Store Manager's absence, take charge of shifts, uphold customer service, uphold presentation standards, manage administration and records, and ensure adherence to uniform regulations while providing cover during busy periods.
