Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all clientele by maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere and accurately preparing drinks to Starbucks specifications. Maintain a clean, well-organized kiosk by stocking supplies from backroom storage, keeping counters and tables tidy for customer use, and ensuring the area is ready for the next shift. Complete weekly reports, merchandising, and paperwork for baristas while managing monthly perishable inventory and adhering to all product shelf life guidelines. Train team members on Starbucks qualifications and product knowledge while following company policies on cash handling, dress code, and name tag requirements. This role requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, use sharp instruments for food preparation, and work in environments with slippery floors.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes
