Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all clientele by maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere while accurately preparing drinks to specifications. Maintain a clean, well-organized kiosk by stocking supplies from backroom storage and ensuring counters and tables remain ready for customer use. Complete weekly reports, merchandising, and paperwork, including scheduling baristas and managing monthly perishable inventory. Train team members on Starbucks qualifications and product knowledge while adhering to all company guidelines for product shelf life, cash handling, and dress code. This full-time mid-level role requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and exert significant physical force, with a focus on supporting local communities through quality food and service.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
