Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all clientele by maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere while accurately preparing drinks to Starbucks specifications. Maintain a clean, well-organized kiosk by stocking supplies from the backroom, keeping counters and tables ready for customer use, and ensuring the space is left clean for the next barista. Complete weekly reports, manage merchandising and paperwork, schedule baristas, and perform monthly perishable inventory checks. Train team members on Starbucks qualifications and product knowledge while adhering to all company guidelines regarding shelf life, cash handling, dress code, and name tags. Requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes, exert significant force, and work on floors that may become slippery.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision
- Good, corrected hearing
