Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all clientele by maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere and accurately preparing drinks to Starbucks specifications. Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and stocked with supplies from backroom storage while ensuring counters and tables remain ready for customer use. Complete weekly reports, merchandising, and paperwork, including scheduling baristas and managing monthly perishable inventory. Train team members on Starbucks qualifications and product knowledge while adhering to all company guidelines for product shelf life, cash handling, and dress code. This full-time, mid-level role requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and exert frequent force, with good vision and hearing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products.
- Must have dexterous use of both hands.
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes.
- Good, corrected vision.
- Good, corrected hearing.
- Ability to stoop.
- Ability to kneel.
- Ability to reach.
- Ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
