Job Summary
Provide exceptional service to all clientele by maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere while accurately making drinks to Starbucks specifications. Maintain a clean, well-organized kiosk by stocking supplies from the backroom, keeping counters and tables tidy, and ensuring the space is ready for the next barista. Complete weekly reports, merchandising, paperwork, and barista schedules, while managing monthly perishable inventory and adhering to all company policies on product shelf life, cash handling, and dress code. Train team members on Starbucks qualifications and product knowledge, ensuring successful completion of required Initial and Advanced Store Training.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good, corrected vision
- Must have hearing
- Must have the ability to stoop
- Must have the ability to kneel
- Must have the ability to reach
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
