Job Summary
Starbucks Manager leading a brand-new team for a new opening at Village Hotels in Liverpool, responsible for building the Dream Team, driving guest experience, and delivering strong commercial results. You’ll recruit and train staff, manage wage costs and stock, monitor revenue targets, and run local marketing with social media and events to attract guests. You’ll conduct regular coffee tastings, briefings, and ensure every team member knows the menu inside out, while reporting to the General Manager and delivering ownership and integrity in daily operations. This role emphasizes owning the shift, developing a cohesive team, and delivering brilliant guest standards in a busy hospitality environment.
