Job Summary
Starbucks Manager responsible for leading in-store operations, ensuring beverage quality and brand standards, managing inventory and scheduling, coaching partners, and driving financial performance. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; prior coffee shop, food service, or retail management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential to coach partners, deliver consistent product quality, and meet sales and productivity targets.
