Job Summary
Lead the store by communicating policies, maintaining operating standards, and delivering outstanding customer service through words and actions. Supervise stocking and receiving, write department orders, monitor inventory, and oversee training for new and current team members. Direct staff in performing all duties while helping reduce shrink and maintaining cleanliness and safety in accordance with food safety guidelines. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prioritize diversity, inclusion, and respect for team members, guests, vendors, and the community.
Required Qualifications
- Desire to become a Non-union Team Leader
- Food Safety certification or license
- At least 18 years of age
- Be able to work a flexible schedule that could include nights, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in Restaurant/Barista or related field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge, interest and passion for Starbucks beverages and products
