Job Summary
Lead a team of baristas, ensuring smooth coffee department operations and upholding Starbucks standards during shifts. Provide quality customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and expedite guest checkouts while adhering to recipe and presentation standards. Manage POS transactions, process payments, and keep shelves stocked with current products using FIFO methods. Train new team members, address guest complaints, and monitor pricing and signage. Requires 1-2 years of barista experience, basic math skills, and ability to work various shifts including holidays. Open until November 13, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous experience as a barista or lead bartista
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to accurately add, subtract, divide, multiply, and perform other basic business math calculations and pass a basic math skills test
- Must have a pleasant personality and adhere to the Uniform Standards policy
- Understand detailed directions and communication effectively with others
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to work closely with others
- Must be able to work various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends
- This position requires the ability to operate a Micros POS system
- Food Handler's Certification required
