Job Summary
Maintain outlet inventory, cleanliness, and safety standards while performing point of sale functions including comps and voids. Make coffee and specialty drinks, fill food orders, and assign baristas to daily stations. Communicate inventory needs and maintenance issues to management, set up stations, and handle opening and closing duties. Receive, fill, and deliver stock orders and requisitions while assisting with new barista certifications. Comply with sanitation standards and complete required training on standard operating procedures and the POS system. Work various shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment requiring the ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Starbucks with point of sale (POS) cash tendering knowledge
- Must be able to lift to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to bend and stand for the entire shift
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace
