Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging positively with travelers, operating the point-of-sale system to process payments, and preparing and serving quality food. Thoroughly clean and stock workstations, ensuring proper food handling procedures including temperature checks and product rotation. Complete kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and packaging while actively cross-selling products. Maintain knowledge of available items and adhere to brand standards, food safety requirements, and all company policies. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Available to work extended periods standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Desired Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience preferred
